Summer break is here and we. are. ready for it! Bye bye remote learning and hello lazy days on the back porch swing listening to music, watching the kids play in the yard, or snuggling up for movie night.

Alright, who snitched to Office Depot that engineer prints are supposed to be for architecture purposes and not used as home decor printables? I used to be able to pay $3.50 for a print this size but evidently it is now 4x that amount… worth it, though? Yes indeed, if you don’t have access to Staples.

A wood sign of this size would easily be around $50-75. I printed this a fraction of that but found out Staples will still print for less than $4 which is significantly less. Learn from us, folks!

Accordingly, putting this together was a cinch!

How to frame printable art

Framing this takes basically just a few minutes! You will need:

• a picture frame (or old chalkboard like I used)
• printed poster (link below)
• scissors or a razor blade
• tape

Snag your own free printable art below that is undeniably cute:

• 11×14 “Porch Rules” printable art
• 24×36 “Porch Rules” printable art (poster size)

Fit poster into frame of choice, push down and bend the edges if there is no back like mine or otherwise frame like usual.

If you have a chalkboard like mine, then simple cut along bent edges and tape into place. Voila!
