Printable Summer Calendar.

Summer is almost here! And that means we’re gearing up for the school summer holidays in the UK. As the holidays can be so packed full of activities and day trips it’s important to be able to keep them all straight and that’s where this free summer calendar comes in useful.

Is school finished for the holidays where you are? I know it varies a lot depending on where you are in the world. Our school holidays don’t start until the end of July. As we’re nearly at the end of June I decided to make a three-month summer calendar including July, August and September.

It's a great way to plan a vacation, days out with friends or family, keep track of the kid’s activities, meal planning and anything else you need to keep organised. Once you’ve downloaded the PDF file and printed the calendar out I think you’ll love how useful it can be.

Minimal Summer Calendar.

If you’re anything like me then you love a good printable planner page, especially one that has a cute minimal theme so it doesn’t use up too much ink. I mean, how lovely are those pretty seashells for July?

This minimal summer schedule is a one-page printable that is organised by months and divided into three sections. There's both a dated and blank version so you can use it year after year.

Each day has a space for you to mark down that day’s activity. You can add it to your existing binder, or planner or even just pin it to the fridge.

Having all three months on the same page means not only do you need a single sheet of paper but you can also see the whole of the summer at a glance.

Whether you’re planning a trip to the beach, visiting the museum or having a picnic with friends having a separate summer calendar is a must.

Tips and Tricks.

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.

I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.

I hope this printable summer planner helps you get organised and stay on track.

  • If you’re using an A5 planner change scale to 50%. Make sure to select “scale to fit”.

  • I recommend using good quality paper for printing your planner pages. The ink looks crisp and clear giving your pages that shop-bought look.

  • Style your pages by putting them on a clipboard, in a ring binder, notebook binder or even bind your own with a paper punch binder machine.
