I think we can all agree that Mother’s Day will be a little different this year. There’s usually some brunch or family outing and a whole lot of hugs and kisses to family members we celebrate. These types of traditions will have to be temporarily put on hold, but in the meantime, we can still celebrate by sending or dropping off gifts. And, to help you with that, I have been busy drawing flowers and made these free printable gift tags for you to download and print. They will be perfect for your Mother’s Day gifts and flowers!

Creative Ideas For Mother’s Day Celebrations

Whatever the situation, we can use our creativity to make this Mother’s Day a special one. Here are some fun ideas for you to consider:

  1. House plants or flowers – shop at your local grocery store for some cute house plants or flowers. Add some ribbon, then download and print the tags below and tie them to your gifts!
  2. Encourage her to get back into her hobbies or start a new one with a subscription gift – I love this one because this year,  I started up drawing again. I gifted myself an Apple Pencil for my iPad and I don’t think the poor thing has rested since. I have been doing lots of online courses with Skill Share and have been drawing non-stop. So, back to gifts – if you are looking for creative gifts, maybe consider a subscription to online communities that teach all sorts of creative talents like Skillshare.com or CreativeBug.com
  3. Make a handmade gift – just because schools are closed, it does not mean that we can’t make some fun art with our little ones to give to mom or Grandma. Frame your art and wrap it up, then add the free tags below with the little artists’ signatures!
  4. Send some snail mail – a lovely handwritten note is always appreciated. If you need a postcard, I have a free Sending Love Postcard download right here
  5. Shop local – our communities have small businesses that are slowly starting to open again. A gift card from her favorite shop or takeout from her favorite restaurant around the corner is a perfect gift idea to celebrate Mom.

Now that we have a few gift ideas for Mother’s Day, let’s get those gift tags printed!
